Yes. From your event page, copy the embed code and paste it on your website: the form appears there and sets its own height. It works for volunteers, activities and work scheduling.

You can start for free: the free account lets you publish your events and manage your members and membership fees, with no subscription. For volunteer registration, activities with registration or the work schedule, you choose a plan, per event or per year: the price depends on the plan and the modules chosen. Yes. With no subscription, you publish your events in the public agenda (up to 10 per year), manage your members in your groups and send your membership fees with one payment link per member.

Yes. You can choose a per-event plan, with no commitment, or a yearly plan if you organise several events per year.

No. Volunteer registration is entirely free: volunteers pay nothing to sign up.

You share a link or a QR code. The volunteer picks their shifts and signs up on their own, in 30 seconds, without creating an account. You track sign-ups in real time.

Yes. Upload your Excel or CSV file: Benevoo recognises the columns, flags errors and duplicates, then stores your contacts in your address book. You can then write to them by email or text message.

Yes. From your phone, you check in the volunteers present or scan the QR code on their badge, and see in real time who is there, who is missing and which posts are understaffed.

Yes. You design your badges with each person's photo, your logo and a themed background, then print them yourself as a PDF or order PVC cards with a QR code, lanyard included. On the day, this QR code is used for check-in and for drink or meal vouchers.

Yes. Benevoo sends an automatic WhatsApp reminder before the shift, falling back to SMS if the person has no WhatsApp.

Yes. For a dinner, a tournament or an outing, participants sign up and pay online by TWINT or card. Payment is collected at sign-up. If you wish, you can also let them choose to pay on site.

Transaction fees of 2.5% + CHF 0.30, all included, are taken on each payment collected online, for an activity as well as for a membership fee. The net amount is paid out to you. A payment you record yourself (cash, bank transfer) carries no fee.

Collected amounts are paid out to you within 30 days of the end of the event at the latest.

Yes. Draw your hall (round or long tables, rows of chairs, stage), and Benevoo automatically seats the registered groups, keeping families together. You can also let your guests choose their seat when signing up, then print the plan and the "who is at which table" list.

You create your categories and shifts, collect your members' availability, set your rules, and Benevoo assigns the shifts while balancing everyone's hours. Each person receives their own schedule.

Yes. You send a link over WhatsApp. Each member states their availability, and the schedule is built from those replies.

Yes, even with a free account and no subscription. Create a fee with a single amount or a grid by profile: each member receives their personal payment link by WhatsApp or text message and pays by TWINT, card or QR bill. You see who has paid and remind the others in one click.
